My current and ongoing work explores what I consider to be a characteristic specific to the craft fields - human interaction. In order to fully succeed, both my mechanical works and my wearable objects require human interaction. Martini shaker, underarm evaporator and thought stimulators are the beginning of my exploration of mechanical devices which not only seek to subvert our expectations of an average-day device, but celebrate intimate moments between object and user. Similarly, my wearable objects do not become fully realized until they are worn, interacted with in their intended manner. This playful collaboration becomes the artful moment for me.
