outstanding examples of jewelry and works in metal, by students
and alumni from the School
for American Crafts at Rochester Institute of Tehnology, this
exhibition surveys the innovative experimentation taking place today
in contemporary craft. Rediscovering materials and textures, scale
and proportion, use, funition and gesture, these artists are creating
designs that are both functional and poetic. These artists have worked at R.I.T. under the tutelage of Leonard Urso. Hours are daily until midnight. For more information call 412-261-7003. |
