Purchases
All purchases (made by phone or email) must be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If it is necessary to use another form of payment, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements with you.

Sales tax
7% sales tax. All other Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6%. Sales tax will not be charged to out-of-state customers.

Damages
If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for an exchange. We cannot offer exchanges on damage claims after seven business days. The shipping company will determine arrival date.

Exchanges & Returns
If within thirty days you find that you are not happy with your selection, you may exchange it for another item or receive a merchandise credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping
Shipping is done Fed Ex or USPS. If you prefer other means of delivery, please contact us directly.
